Very much so, and rooibos (redbush) is caffeine-free, and high in anti-oxidants. It tastes gorgeous, and is good for you. Now, why can't the same be said about chocolate??

Yes, and redbush (roobois) tea is caffeine-free as well.

I don't know for sure, but since its oxidation that makes a tea green/white/or black I don't know that there is much of a difference.
