Mild English cheddar, its boring but nice
I'm also partial to a bit of double-Gloucester on crackers - very tasty!
My number 1 favourite starter when I eat out is deep fried Camembert with cranberry sauce..my god they're good.

King Island Scrubbed Double Brie, It comes in a cute little wooden box, I dont buy it very often because its so yummy that I eat the whole thing in one day.
