Depends; you know how you feel different sometimes, like you feel like chocolate cake, but other times you want to eat healthy like an apple or something. Well, all that's brain chemistry and the workings of your hypothalamus. As a matter of fact, it is ok to crave a little sugar sometimes, it helps makes your neurons active. But when you splurge on cocoa, go for dark chocolate most of the time. It contains flavonoids (epicatechin) which is good as an antioxidant, so you are actually gaining something. Also mix up your fruits a little bit as in high fiber (carrot sticks) or high vitamins/minerals (avocado, bananas). In that way, you are indeed gaining the best of both worlds.

I would actually prefer to eat fruit as I can eat as much as I want and not feel guilty. However chocolate is also good for you, but not the milk chocolate variety, so its quite hard.
However give me a bowl of strawberries, with pineapple, mango, blue berries and kiwi anytime

Fruits are good for health and chocolates are also good for heart(recent research).Fruits contain vitamins.But they are not to be eaten after lunch.

If you think about it,
Chocolate is made from cocoa therefore this is a bean = a vegatable therefore one of your 5 a day !
So
I vote chocolate is best as this has vit c from veg and calcium from the milk ! = very healthy indeed !
