Step 1. Get a big rock and secure it with a long string.
Step 2. Holding on to the string, put the rock into the bucket, which will make the bucket overflow.
Step 3 Pull the rock up using the string.

i got here upon the e book to be very informative and straightforward to study. i have lost 17 pounds in 12 days, i'm purely in contact that i'm dropping too a lot weight, too quickly. i visit admit i have not spoke of the handbook precisely. i'm no longer sticking completely to the listed meals and meal plans (yet mostly) and doing little or no exercising, even if the load keeps flying off. It obviously works and if i'd spoke of it precisely i imagine it would want to scare the living daylights out of me because of the quantity that i'd lose. put the bucket in a freezer. freezing water increases its volume, but reduces its overall mass
