There is only one book that has stayed its course, and that is because the Bible is the Word of God. This book you cannot understand without the help of the Holy Spirit. That is why many people, highly intelligent or not, have read the Bible and seen contradictions etc., but the truth is, they do not understand because they have not been helped by the Holy Spirit to understand. The Bible is the living word of God my friend.

It also says, "You shall know the truth, and the truth will set you free". I can testify to that.

QURAN is the only WORD OF GOD in ORIGINAL/PURE FORM. Reason is clear in the verse below, that GOD promised to protect QURAN.

[15:9] Absolutely, we have revealed the reminder, and, absolutely, we will preserve it.

The Quranic challenge (since past 1400 years, present and future)
Here are the verses that mention the challenge;

Say, "If all the humans and all the jinns banded together
in order to produce a Quran like this, they could never
produce anything like it, no matter how much assistance
they lent one another." [17:88]

If you have any doubt regarding what we revealed to our
servant, then produce one sura like these, and call upon
your own witnesses against GOD, if you are truthful.
[2:23]

This Quran could not possibly be authored by other than
GOD. It confirms all previous messages, and provides a
fully detailed scripture. It is infallible, for it comes from
the Lord of the universe. If they say, "He fabricated it,"
say, "Then produce one sura like these, and invite
whomever you wish, other than GOD, if you are truthful."
[10:37-38]

If they say, "He fabricated (the Quran)," tell them, "Then
produce ten suras like these, fabricated, and invite
whomever you can, other than GOD, if you are truthful."
[11:13]

Do they say, "He made it all up?" Instead, they are
simply disbelievers. Let them produce a Hadith like this,
if they are truthful. [52:33-34]

All the Holy Writings are from the one true God - they are all "THE ONE TRUTH". They have been sent to Earth in progression throughout history. If you investigate the dates each Book was revealed, you'll see that they come every 500 to 1,000 years. This is part of God's Covenant with mankind to never leave him alone. Thank God for His never-ending guidance.

You would know "The one truth" by the authenticity of that book.
But if you are asking about the Holy Books, I would like to say that all Holly Books are true but not in its original form.
Qur'an is the only Holly Scripture in its original form..
Because Allah has promised to safeguard it from any violations in its purity.
Allah says in Qur’an;
“Behold, it is we ourselves who has bestowed from on high, step by step, this reminder: and behold, it is we who shall truly guard it (from all corruption).”chapter 15: 9.
