On a well balanced diet, you should get all the vitamins you need. Only take suppliments if your not getting vitamins you need. be aware of of recommended daily allowance. Don't overdo vitamins as to many can be dangerous.Try to find out what foods contain what vitamins.

"Z-BEC", or "ALLBEE with C", ....the B complex is really the one you need in abundance, these are water soluble too (won't repeat on you), In any case, you won't hold them for long, most vitamins from supplements are gone after your first Urination, after taking them (Notice the NEON color of your Pee Pee) ? These are the vitamins my parents swore by, I think that they might have known a little bit about it, My Dad was a Doctor (MD), and my mother was a Nurse (RN).... TAKE THIS ONE TO THE BANK !
