No, A diesel electric Russian Ice breaker uses as much power for one hours ice breaking as a small Russian town uses in a week. I think the translation went a bit awry.

If you get on an exercise bike and look at what sort of low power output you create with pedalling like a lunatic then you'd know that this is an utter bollox. To create 60Watts of power you really have to push that exercise bike really hard. And you know what 60Watts is? A 60Watt light bulb, nothing more.
