Not necessarily.
God isn't a cosmic catalog that you just call and place an order. He is your loving Father, and He knows your needs. If you pray for something that you need and that is in His will, He will give it to you. If you're asking Him to give you something that He doesn't want to give you, He won't. So I think a big part of prayer is showing Him that you're willing to accept the gifts that He knows are right for you, since He knows so much more than we do.

No and NO!

We pray and God answers our prayers and gives us what we NEED not always what we WANT!

Pray with the spirit and Pray with the understanding also.

From a Christian perspective, no, it doesn't work that way.

We don't bargain with God. We humbly place our petitions and needs before Him.

We should not "do good" just as a "return favor" for God granting our prayers. We should "do good" regardless.

It's a very bad idea to have a "quid pro quo" relationship with God.

Depends on what you are praying for. Different religions do share that when you give you get.
