Also heb, hebt and heeft ? And is heb and hebt pronounce the same ????

Simple, they are present tense declentions of the same verb.

BEN, BENT and IS correspond to I, you and he/she/it for the verb "zijn" = to be.
E.g. Jij bent dronken = you are drunk.

HEB, HEBT, HEEFT correspond to I, you and he/she/it for the verb "hebben" = to have.
E.g. Hij heeft een fiets = he has (owns) a bike.

To the untrained ear HEB and HEBT may sound the same, but sjc_three is right and these words are indeed pronounced as written.
