Cheese! I ate too many beans when I was a student and can't face them now I can afford proper food!

I like spicy food so i spread english mustard onto the toast before adding the cheese and quickly grilling so its almost melted. Then, into your beans add some Worcester Sauce and a dash of Linghams Garlic and Chilli sauce. Mix, then pour over Cheese on toast.

I have that about every fortnight. Student food -yes, but it's quick and easy and filling. Yum!!...

Beans (low sugar and salt) healthier, but I do not like the soggy toast. I prefer cheese - but it must have onions and caraway seeds and then be melted.
