Why would you want to? what would you do? we've all had that experience, haven't we, your not alone. I spent years under treatment from one of the largest Southwestern heart hospitals of nuclear medicine. About eight years I guess. In and out all the time. They said it was a valve.
I retire to a small Northern community and have a major heart attack, go to a tiny village hospital with a new three dimensional CAT scanner and let them try it out on me, for the first time I may add. One ER doctor that's so busy he doesn't eat lunch, he has to see patients also, this is how small it was. They find I have nothing close to what I have been treated for, or what was diagnosed.
And in fact, the large hospital was even considering putting in a new valve, and for some reason I rejected the idea, and they let it go. So? you see this happens all the time. When a doctor is forced to work 20..7's things happen. all you can do is hope you not one of those things.
If your still adamant about it, go through the American medical association although they're backed up years, and hardly ever see a complaint through because they're very hard to prove.

A doctor has 8 maybe ten years and maybe a million into his practice. They're not going to "jump" for one person. But, good luck.

In the UK, there is a register of General Practitioners (Dr's) and even if they are struck off, their details will be available - there must be a body in the USA which regulates and registers the medical profession and they will be able to give you the details. Any Dr should give you the details of the governing body.

Best wishes.
