please someone help me,i deleted a document i wasnt suppose to and i want it back but i emptied my garbage can by mistake. thanks!

First, stop saving any data on your HD. Then, search google or yahoo for a Data Recovery Software, dowload and install it. Usually these are sharewares without saving functions. They usually won't let you save your file. It's like "free" virus/spyware scan scheme: they let you scan but won't let you remove the virus unless you pay. Anyway, scan the computer with the data recovery program, find the data you deleted and, if it is a word document (or any other office document), open the copy from the program, select the whole thing, copy to the clipboard, open a new word for windows (or office program) and paste it there.
It has worked with me and I do hope it helps you out.

first check your recicle bin if you didn't delete it .use some software like Undelete, get data back(ntfs or fat) or active file recovery , you can search and find lot's of recovery softwares at www.download.com

gone forever, unless by some strange force of tecnology it landed in your recycle bin, but its doubtful
