Working in the lab sperm does come out with the urine, it's natural. It's a lab hazing I guess you'd call it with the new girls when using ones own urine to trick them into seeing if they had sex the night before and, the guys, it just comes naturally. We called them swimmers.
This is why protected sex is so important. If you could see all the "swimmers" lurking around there you'd be afraid to have sex, unprotected.
The body naturally is "suppose" to close the valve to the testes, remember these words "supposedly" some of the billions that want to get out to freedom will naturally enough.

A treatment for this, no sex I guess. I don't know of any.
