I've heard that if the condom which is high quality uses properly it can to be protect 95% from the diseases such like the SDS or HIV.So we can't say we can protect the sexual diseases if we can use condom each time and properly.
A little risk have always exist during the intercourse even we use condom properly.

Imagine you're about to have sex with someone that you met earlier in the evening in a bar.

Just before you go to have sex with the person, though, he/she tells you, "Wait -- I have AIDS (or herpes, or gonorrhea, or whatever). But here, just use this condom. You'll be fine."

Answer honestly -- are you really going to proceed to have sex with this person, knowing that there's only a small piece of latex to "protect" you from contracting a nasty (maybe even deadly) disease?

Think about it.
