Not if you solder the joint properly.
Remember not to mix up the wires ie make sure that the positive wire and negative wire are connected in the same way to all the speakers.
If you mix them up speakers will work out of phase and cancel out some sound frequencies especially the low frequencies which give you the bass.

Yeh it will, as far as possible, ensure it is one wire that connects your speaker to your amp. The sound is better that way and you dun get distribution loss.

Good sound also depends on the thickness and quality of the wires. I use only Monster cables-16gauge.

YES, if it is a lose jointed connection. But if coupled proplery, will not affect the quality.
