You can try any of the following:
1. As Sugar has said, write down your worries on a piece of paper and question them objectively, look at possible answers for each of the worries and act on the best solution .This exercise itself will drive the anxieties.
2.Or sit with a counsellor or a close friend and discuss your worries- Many a time, this can be quite comforting and u will feel reassured.
3.Do some physical activities like Gym, swimming,playing with children etc regularly and avoid sitting all alone.

Just go and take heartily shower , then sit down at quite place do meditation at least for 90 minutes ,you will be all right , try now .

Take it to the Lord as He is your counselor and talk to Him. No lie, this is the greatest way to get on track. He will send somebody or something to give you the answers.
