As less as possible.It is your cholesterol you should worry about.Try to have your blood measured for cholesterol levels and then act accordingly.The golden rule is to eat healthy and not overdo it.Everything should be balanced in your diet.As for your high blood pressure,you have to avoid salt and salty foods(especially junk food).

latest thinking on the egg question is that the yolk contains good cholesterol & you can have up to 5 a week.

You don't need them? they're high in cholesterol. Go by this rule "want and need" you may want that egg but, do you need it?
do this with all foods.
