I am not a big fan of cake. The only cake that I could eat a lot of without a problem is a really good carrot cake.

Ooooh, I can't pick just one! I love cake over pretty much any dessert. To name a few in order of the most liked...
1. German Chocolate Cake
2. Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Icing
3. Red Velvet Cake
4. Pound Cake (Sour Cream pound cake, Lemon pound cake, etc)
Ok, now that I'm thinking about it, I got to get me a slice of one during my lunch!

Hmmm, I really like Black Forest cake and Chocolate Cucumber cake. Sounds gross, I know, but the cucumber just makes it really moist.

Black Forest cake with cherries spread around it and Blueberry Cheese cake, they are the best ones..... you should try.

actually I make a cake called 2 CUP CAKE
very easy......just dump a few ingredients in a bowl stir it up and bake it.........It kind of tastes like carrot cake but better......it has crushed pineapple in it. When I make it and take it to a party people go crazy over it.
