Look in the front pages of your telephone book. They will tell you how.

Dial exactly this:

011 (country code)(area code)(phone number)
or
011 (country code)(mobile number)

If there are any zero's at the BEGINNING of one of the BRACKET numbers, leave them out. any Other zeros, including prefix 011, are fine.
