when body is under dust,it settles on the body causes thick layer of dirt on the body.This layer can be seen below and behind the neck,fore arm,knees and part under dark. so is any solution for this dark part i.e any creams or solutions....

I really don't understand what your saying "washing" is this what you want? dirt causes blackness in the skin and has to be scrubbed off, yes, sometimes it's so heavy, homeless men, from unsanitary conditions you'd think it would never come off but, it does.
The skin is the bodies largest organ and has a wonderful body chemical that acts like glue (it would put super glue to shame) and it's pretty hard for anything that isn't forced into the body to get there. I did say "forced" regular washing would clean you good.
If your talking about areas of the body being lighter or darker? this happens with vertiglio and skin condition with light and dark spots. Some people happen to have areas that are shaded, you can't change that.
