Is there any method, where only the thighs get reduced? I am doing aerobics, but no use. I would like to get it reduced soon, as I have been waiting for a long time to get reduced. I have the will and confidence to maintain my weight, after the reduction.

No, absolutely, 100% no, there is no such thing as spot reducing.
Instead, you will need to lose weight/fat on your whole body.
You say you are doing aerobics, hopefully a minimum of 30 minutes, 4-5 days a week. Are you also strength training. If not, you are severely limiting your progress. The strenght training will increase your entire body's muscle mass. This lean muscle, in turn, is a non-stop furnace burning body fat. You can do aerobics forever, but if you don't challenge the plethora of muscles ignored in aerobics, your progress will limited. You must work the quad, back, arms, hams, chest, shoulders, etc. to achieve this.
Another thing, I hope you have complely eliminated trash foods. Processed, carb heavy foods destroy your blood sugar and toss your hunger levels up and done, hurting your overall progress. I'm also assuming you know booze is poisionous to your goals.
Finally, I would demand of yourself that start yoga.
Yoga will improve your physical and mental health. The flexibility improvement will help prevent injury and will actually improve your other workouts. It will calm your mind, and I'm will to guarantee will improve your relationship with food as yoga insists you consciously consume food rather that eat for emotional pleasure.
Good luck.
Namaste,

I would try a natural and healthy weight loss plan called STACK. It doesn't require you to skip meals and you don't have to buy or eat special foods, you just add it to your life. I lost 30 pound in just a little over 40 day and also 3" in my waist. I believe it would resolve your problem. Best wishes to you and to your health.

Having a consistent routine usually develops tone muscle. Could it be that your fat is burning away at the same rate your muscles are growing? When you feel your legs during a workout, and you feel your leg muscles pulsing through the skin, that's a good sign.

Walking is good, and they have special exercises for thighs, but remember, sometimes it's the way our body is built. Some women have not thighs at all,(not good), others may have to much. It's also good to try to love yourself the way you are. Good luck! :) arum

You should try running. This should develop lean muscle which is long and thin and takes up less space. Runners all seem to have really nice legs.

Try doing squats, leg lifts and massage that area to get blood flowing in your thighs.
