i weigh 104kg and am not enjoying myself. My blood pressure is going up.

Well, first start a walking program,(docters ok of course). Start out slow, and then after a couple weeks maybe, make it a little longer. Don't over do it, or you will have the opposite effect. Try not to eat at night,eat sugerless candy, or gum when you think you need to eat, drink a LOT of water. Always have around a lot of fruit, don't eat too much because of the sugar, but it is a very good substitute for candy, and things you're not supposed to have. Or try the "S" diet. No snacks, no seconds,except on days that start with S, and very special days. Drink a LOT of water, Drink a LOT of water. Also, Garlic and bananas are good for high blood presure. Find what drives you the most.

If it's encouragement of others, find someone to work out and diet with you, so that you have less risk of stopping.

If it's money, then pay for a gym membership and nutritionist, because the fact that you paid money is going to keep you going.

Celebrate the small things, once you start losing weight, give yourself rewards like paying for a massage when you lose 5 pounds, rewards help you out in the long run.

reguardless what people say it is all about calorie intake but dont cut to many calories at once or your body will go into starve mood and will save all the fat you have....try a 1800 calorie diet for a month than cut down to 1500 the next trust me you will loose.

eat the right kind of food. do regular exercise and cardio vascular activities. the best thing to do is in the morning before you eat when your stomach is empty.

you exercise regularly and eat a balanced diet..avoid eating foods high in fats like fried foods.. try eating seafoods..it's great..:)
