Probably I'm just pissing in the wind but here goes. The realationship between police and ALL citizens is on one major slide. Why?? 'Cause neither trusts the other anymore. The first thing everyone, and I mean everyone is doing is yelling cops are unfair. It doesn't even matter anymore if the claim is legit or not, cops get slammed. They spend more time before their superiors over crap I'm amazed they have time for anything else. So what do you do when a bully picks on you and you are bigger? you fight back. That's what cops are doing.
If you truly want to relsolve this issue, (ask yourself that honestly). Then you first go pay all your fines or whatever, cut all the racist crap. White folks get pounded as much as blacks any day of the week, get past it already. Now you start a task force, not a let's get the cops group, a group of people who are interested in fixing the realtionship between police and the public. You work with the police on this, you work with all community members. You listen to both sides. Yes, this means you let the police get up and say blah blah blah, he started it and I reacted. Then they listen to you blubbering too. There are times when police are wrong, times when citzens are wrong, times when both are wrong, you acknowledge that and then you all work to solve it. Providing that is what you want, it will work, I guarantee it, but only if that is what you want.
We have some great cops where I am, outstanding men. And some that need to be taken to the back forty, and they will be, the good guys listen if there is a genuine problem and rest assured it will be handled. But it can only be done if everyone is honest, cry wolf too many times- you know the rest of that story.

That is a problem many people face with police today .They have went from being public servants to government employees over the last 10 years and are now public predators .Government has given them unchecked power over the public .Many states now even allow by law for them to lie to the courts ,with immunity from prosection if caught .If you go to court you can be charged with purgery if you dispute their statements even if they are lying ,because you can't prove it .So basically you don't have a chance in court .Unless you are lucky enough to get something on video .Even then the court will give police the benifit of any doubt .I would suggest you try to find as many other people as possible that have had problems with them to go to court with you .But the court would probably not let you call them to testify ,because it has nothing to do with your case . You are pretty much at their mercy and they are above the law . I wish I knew the answer for you .But you are just one more of many citizens that are victemized by police every day.Believe me its not going to get better .People have to unite and demand the freedom and liberty that has been stolen from Americans .

Were the 5 tickets in 2 weeks because you continued to drive without a license after being caught? If I saw you driving and knew you didn't have a license, I'd pull you over every time I saw you also. That's not harassment, it's enforcement.

Correct translation:
We really dont like having to face responsibility for our actions. It is for this reason that i was purposely vague in describing what actually happened for fear that the truth may actually come out and people would then not be deceived.
We've bought all the liberal extremist propaganda from the worlds biggest bigots, al sharpton and jesse jackson, and think we should never be made to be responsible for our actions if we play the so-called 'race' card. We know from the example of the super bigots that if we cry 'racism' enough the communist media will assist us in being above the law.
Perhaps we will contact the American communist lawyers union (ACLU) or the NAARP (national association for advancement of racist people).
Update: In true 'race card' form, I was emailed by the asker and called a 'racist'. This is the answer to all true bigots, to cry 'racism' at every turn. While I cannot speak for the asker, I belong to the HUMAN race. Labeling people because of the way they look creates only division and hatred, which is the goal of bigots like sharpton and jackson. They wish to have everyone labeled and placed into categories, instead of everyone just being people. A dog who is big or small, brown, grey, tan or any other color is still a dog and not a different 'race'. If one dogs ancestors come from Australia and another come from China, are they all still not the canine race? The same principle applies here. Only when we stop labeling people instead of everyone just being human will equality exist. Only when bigots like sharpton stop spreading their hate and division will bigotry end.

Penny wise and Pound foolish. Get yourself a lawyer ASAP. The police has it's own lawyers to defend its interests. You have to do the same.

I don't get why did you ever went to file the complaint in the first place. The officers were doing their job, and if you didn't like it - too bad. You got pissed off the first time over nothing, and then you deliberately went and complained on them with a single intent to make their life miserable. Face it, you way over-reacted. Moreover, rather than recognizing your own lapses in judgment, you are trying to bring the community against them? In which wildest dreams did you ever imagine that the judge will have any sympathy for you if this matter ever gets to court? If you have extra money to pay your court fees, PLUS the department's court fees, PLUS their lawyer's fees (they will counter-sue you for that), then go ahead.
You don't need to get a lawyer. You need to get life. And because of all this mess that YOU have started, I doubt you will ever have any in that town.
