diet and exersize. Running 3 miles (eventually if u cannot yet) 3-4 times a week weightlifting 3-4 times a week for an hour.

If you really want to go all the way...
-Eat only fresh, raw foods such as fresh veggies and fish
-Walk or ride a bike everywhere you go
-Meditate every day (good for your mind)
-Quit consuming nicotine and caffeine (if applicable)
-Quit watching TV
-Move to the country and relax, get an easy job that isn't too stressfull and can support your new, healthy lifestyle. It doesn't have to pay that well.
