It isn't your nature to be angry. You simply haven't found an effective way to express yourself in a positive manner. If you find yourself becoming frustrated with a task, take a 5 minute break and come back to it. Overall lack of emotional control can be addressed through counselling. If you just want to burn off steam try working out. If you are an adolescent, then your emotional swings are likely bio-chemically based - it's part of growing up - and you can talk to a school counsellor or your doctor about the issue.

You are a temperamental person and that is not good for your health. Fioremost your blood pressure will shot up and you might have a heart attack. Try to be calm all the time. if you get angry close your eyes for a little while and count to 10. Take a deep breath and relax. Do not expect everything around you is as you would want it to be. Nobody is perfect so control your temper with petty matters. You are the one who will suffer if your blood rushes to your head and get a stroke.Avoid discussions which makes you angry.

Well I feel you should get some professional help for you anger. Find a professional that will help you get to the root of your anger and once you find the root of your anger then you can learn how to control it. In the meantime breath or take walks when you get upset...it works for me, or try doing something positive to get your mind off your anger. And if you believe in God prayer is good too.
Peace & Blessings

Seek out counseling and enroll in an anger management course. You may find that your source of anger comes from some unresolved issue within your life. Whatever you do, don't take out your anger physically. Verbally can be bad enough, but physical anger can get you in a world of trouble and only make your anger situation worse...you'd end up in jail or prison and make matters worse than they already are.

Figure out why you are so angry and deal with it. That's the only way you will ever get to the root of the problem.

Try regular exercise. Run, bike, lift weights, the important thing is that it be regular. Every day for a set period of time.
