I'm not randy :D sorry dear.
I like water.
I tried, I guess. Did you not read "Can't we all just get along?"

Enjoy questions, even if you do not know the answer. Many a times, the questions are more interesting than the answers. It requires real brilliance to put a hard question rather to reply it.

I think this category often contains the writings of opinionated people seeking the support of others to help rid themselves of the lingering fear that they might be wrong in their beliefs.

In other cases, it can contain the writing of people who have a very strong psychological need to be right (or to win). So they're always looking for a fight or a battle to win. The Religion and Politics categories of this forum are irresistable arenas for people with such psychological needs. And I suspect they will always have their lines of gladiators eager to engage anyone who dares enter.

I'd recommend being a spectator rather than a participator. Click on Discover, rather than Ask and Answer. But then my being here responding to you clearly idicates I'm not adhering to my own recommendation. I guess it's because you seem like a spectator type--you know, sitting back with your popcorn and beverage and watching the show (well, for the most part anyway).

Someday, this forum might become required reading for psychology majors. It certainly attracts a variety of interesting characters.

Yes I found your other question interesting. It got lots of people going on the age old topic.
Can I join in? I have two cases of bottled water. Yes water is better for me but I would rather have a sprite. :)
I'll take extra butter on my popcorn please. Or maybe some carmel topping. Oh I just can't decide. lol

I personal believe morals and a belief in a higher power is what is important. I'm a Christian who believes in Yahweh/God and Jesus. But that does not mean I that I believe one denomination has all the answer.

The users in Yahoo Answers reflect the general standard of the elite in the world who give the impression of total intolerance, arrogance and inflated ego propelled by ignorance on many ordinary subjects.

So, it is a sort of war and antagonism, rather an exercise of inquisitive mind or ideas on subjects of common interest. Inquisitiveness is the casualty. Lack of seriousness is the hallmark.

The war will always be on...as long as the devil is still breathing. Remember there was a war in heaven and the devil was cast down and he has continued this war on earth ever since and this is just part of it but.........he is a defeated devil and Christians will always win

I agree with Zero Cool. It seems there is way to much antagonizm about. Possibly from dogma, ignorance, youth, or the BIG BAD DEVIL? lol Kidding...really they should delete accounts of people only attempting to piss people off. It would cut down a huge amount of garbage.
