go file for divorce and make sure i get all of his assets and money ,no point in stressing over him, i will find another house or move to another state just to be away from him and start a brand new and hopefully more fulfilling and exciting life, i dont need him around, i just need his money, too bad he cheated on me because im a loyal woman , a loyal wife. i deserve better, you deserve better.

arrange a meeting with her to meet him somewhere secretly then when the three of you are together you confront him, or go behind both of their backs and call public records and request a copy of their marriage license and when you get it invite him over for a naughty night and when he gets relaxed and bothered show him the letter you received in the mail.

I believe that you are sure of that and you left him and just want to know what to do next .
So first go to his work and tell everyone there he was cheating on his wife , then to his family , then her family , by that he is divorced .
So he will be lonely like you now and will feel what he did , but don't get back to him .
