you are having panic attacks..If you have been checked out..If not you need to see a doctor.I have this and you need to lose weight and get you some nerve pills. And really watch what you eat..A lot of things will hurt you real bad. You need to see a gerd diction for this are it will get worse..That is what brings own these anxiety attacks gerd.It will make you fill like you are having a heart attack. Also try Gas-X the pill form..It will make you fill better..And Zantac 150 you can buy this all at walmart..I was like you I had test ran 1 after the other and this is what helps me..Don't eat grease or spicy foods or chocolate..And this don't sound good but you have to have a bowel movement every day or it will hurt you like this and some times worse God bless you and seek out a doctor just for this..So you can get some relief from this..

This book is probably the most informative and practical guide on the subject of acid reflux and heartburn that I have ever read https://tr.im/Qj9dQ
I was prescribed Lansoprazole which was brilliant but after two years of aching joints, extreme muscle pain which the doc gave me cortisone jags for, with some research I discovered the drug Lansoprazole was causing these rare side effects but it was I who diagnosed it NOT my doctor, I came off the drug 2 months ago, changed my diet and discovered just eating an apple stops any acid reflux, I eat an apple before bed, brilliant no acid, any time I feel the slightest sign of reflux I simply eat an apple. Apple juice is not that good nor is anything else I have tried including honey at stopping reflux.

Never ignore any chest pain. You mention you may have diabetes and are obese, these are 2 great risk factors for heart disease. The only way to really know if you have heart disease is via cardiac cahterization, this allows for a direct view of the cardiac arteries. The fact that you have chin pain, teeth pain, left arm pain, points out to possibly be angina (lack of oxygen to the heart, but not a true heart attack). I would consider seeing a cardiologist.
