It's only stupid to be too nice too soon to the wrong person. If you're nice to the right person at the right time - you're totally on target! If a person is nice to the wrong person - they get taken advantage of. If a person is nice too soon, they don't really know if it's the right person to be nice to or not. It's not as simple as saying that someone who is being nice is being stupid.

In todays society being nice isn't the thing to do because they think you are weak, strange or up to no good. I'm still a nice guy but get ridiculed for it everyday but thats how I respond to rude, mean people because it pisses them off even more because they aren't getting the results they wanted(to make you mad). I'm extremely nice to the woman that I'm interested in but because they aren't used to men being nice to them it doesn't result in anything. Which gets back to women are only interested in the mean, bad guys.

Yes its is. unless you want to be taken advantage of by every golddigger that crosses your path or to be the very best friend of every girl you meet. Nice guys finish last, not only in love but in everything else in life.
nice doesnt pay. the girl that tells you nice is good its the same one that will never date you. The guy that tells you nice is good is the same guy who is living of you at some level.

It depends on who you are being nice to. Actually, there is never anything wrong with being nice. Some people don't deserve to be nice to, but you will find out who they are after they reject your kindness. Just don't be a sap.

Hmmm... I don't know, cause sometimes I'm so nice, that it gets me in trouble... like losing friends.... weird, I know, but being nice actually lost me a friend.

It really depends.
being nice to someone I know (Friends and family) is not stupid.
but some strangers yes (I had some bad experience with strangers when I was being nice to them).
