Applying oil makes skin supple especially if applied soon after bath. Also massage has relaxation effect.Other than that there is no extra advantage as for as total health is concerned.Only in infants who require essential fatty acids, applying oil helps partially.

oil masage using hands are very good for health.
it circulates the blood and leave your skin smooth and shiny.
but if you are skin is of oily type , then avoid applying everyday.
i suggest you to apply it on alternative days.
you wil hav very soft, smooth and shiny skin.
all the best
take care

There is no harm in it. Like people said it is relaxing, relieves stress and also keeps your skin healthy, glowing and i suppose will ease the aging process by maintaining your skin's elasticity.
