1. Open Task Manager (ctrl+shift+esc).
2. Find IE7 Beta 3 and run it.
3. It will begin, but Windows will not validate. Leave the install open.
4. Return to Task Manager and browse to the root of your C: drive.
5. Click inside the strange folder with a long string of letters and numbers.
6. Select the option to see All Files.
7. Find iertutil.dll and copy it.
8. Go to C:\\WINDOWS\system32 and paste.
9. Go back.
10. Find Normaliz.dll and copy it.
11. Return to ..\system32 and paste again.
12. Return to the IE7 Beta 3 setup and tell it to continue. This time, Windows will validate and IE will install.

Go get the full version(I don't think it is still beta) here:
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/downloads/default.mspx

just download to your desktop and open it there.

For #5 remember the folder when you open it(should say something similar to -- c:\cmdieicvjvh).

Did you download it? Go to start and then click on search and search there for it.
