there is none..this is the way your body reacts to cuts, surgery, and open wounds.. a plastic surgeon can decrease the keloid, but it will never go away.

Hi

Omg I havn't heard that word for years.

About 10 years ago when I was 14 I had to have a Keloid removed from my chest.

It was about the size of a pea and the doctor thought it had grown from a scar shortly after I had the chicken pox

I had to see a plastic surgeon and have it removed, it was pretty painful but in the long run Im glad its gone becoz it looked horrible and made me quite self consious about that area. I think it also used to itch a bit too.

its a scar, there is no cure short of plastic surgery
