men normal stop growing in their 20's.
if you are worried about bulking out instead f just getting in shape, try cardio workouts versus just lifting weights.
swimming is one of the best workouts, when you set goals (reasonable ones) for yourself. go to the library and look for books just for men's health. you can even ask your doctor what the best routine would be for you.
food? water. water. water. and dark leafy greens to increase your iron. there is plenty of material out there to help you create a wonderful eating regimine. south beach diet is amazing, and it teaches you how to eat responsibly, and still enjoy eating.
good luck!

let nature and your DNA do its thing nothing u can do about it just get a healthy diet to prevent starving urself of nutrients. Avoid heavy deadlifting and squats because although they are awesome compound muscle building techniques they are said to widen ur hips. Don't worry i'm 5' 7 218lbs i find my height as an advantage in mixed martial arts lol most people my weight are tall and lanky easy to choke out if u get past their reach advantage and hitting people low is easy as well lol for those akido throws. Its also said that weight lifting moderatly at young ages (13+ even) is really healthy and greatly benifitial.

Excercise does not affect your height. The only way you can increase your height is surgically but it is not recommended for someone like you. It is for people with certain diseases that will never grow. Plus there is no way your insurance will cover the cost. There is nothing medically wrong with you. Join the gym, it is good for you.

You are probably at the height you will reach in your lifetime. Exercise will help your frame to stand more upright and look taller, as well as a slender figure enhancing the eye and making you appear 'longer'. Sure, join the gym-there are many benefits!

Its an excellent time. A lot of sports encourage and help the bones grow.
Just remember never to overdo anything. A good 20-30mincardio workout twice a week and 20-30min of weight lifting should not stunt your growth but help keep you in shape :)
Best of luck!
