how about a common history and culture?

Judaism is a religion, but being Jewish unites you to a common people.

No one claiming to be Jewish today can prove he is Jewish and if by religion you mean "Judaism" then, you will not find any religion named Judaism in any form of Scripture, not even the mysterious Bible.

Judah was one tribe of 12 an they all became one as Yahuudi or Penitents under Musa.

Seems like you dont really know what to say you are and you are supposed to find out.

Have a happy search.

Look, being Jewish or any other religiious affiliation doesn't matter. We are ALL connected through the spirit. If you don't feel a connection, your connection with the Devine Oneness is corroded, and needs to be cleaned. Your ego had gotten in the way of your connectedness with the Universe.

Cleanse yourself (your chosen way), and do something positive for others: read to the elderly in a home or the blind, perform some kind of community service, help someone who needs help in whatever way you can, meditate and quiet your mind. That cleans the connection with the Devine Oneness. That will help you be more connected to everyone.

Religion, in my experience, has never allowed one to feel connected with others (which religion doesn't talk about the separateness of others: Jews against christians against mulims agains hindus...).

Should you? I think that's a personal question.

Might you? Perhaps.

Could you? Maybe.

Your life is your life. Don't feel that you have to have a connection to someone because of upbringing. If you follow judaism and you truly love it follow it. But if you yearn to be with other peoples who are not Jewish, be with other peoples. God truly wants us to be
happy. There is nothing saying you cannot spread your word of peace amonst gentiles or others. Lest nothing that I know of.

Shalom!

Not necessarily! Unless you go to the same synagogue or you are of the same nationality! Or unless you are one of the so many Jews who use Judaism as their only nationality!
