i hate 2 sleep i can,t controll what happen when isleep it has been a week and 3 day i have been a wake but i only sleep 2 hours a week but it is geting harder 2 sleep do u need alot of sleep i do what ialways did with no trouble

Lack of sleep is not good for you it can cause depression and many health problems. Also lack of sleep makes your productive in your daily life and can cause to have more accidents The average person should get between 6 and 8 hours a day. I think maybe you should see your doctor about this because you could be suffering from some underlying health problems. He might want to run some tests and or even put you in a sleep clinic. If it is nightmares that your having and that is the reason that you don't want to or can't sleep there are different medicine that they can put you on so you wont dream and then you can sleep. You might even be suffering from a form of PTSD an that could be causing your problems. I this is of some help!

Hi Misery, Some people need at least 7 hours of sleep. Misery, you need to start getting more sleep. This is not a healthy things you are doing. Your body needs more than 2 hours a week. My GOD, i would be dragging my A S S a mile behind me if i slept like you do. Your body can only take some much before you start having serious problems. Please get at least 6 hours a night. Your body needs to rebuild,and power up. A Friend.

I only need 4-6 hours of sleep and I am able to function also. When I sleep too much, I am slower. I am with you about sleep. You miss too much just sleeping.

Yes. You do need to sleep for 8 hours each day.

I don't wanna judge you for your morbid fascination with death, but I think you are taking it too far.

Please talk to a good friend/counseller/doctor.

Not sleeping because you think you loose control over yourself is going to affect your health very very badly.

You do need to get this straightened out. I hardly ever say that but this I think is serious.
