Buy a pumice stone in the store and after you soak your feet in warm water use the pumice stone on the callous.

This sounds so gross... There is a file made by Hard as Hoof that takes care of it presto.
Also, if you live anywhere near a sand beach, jogging barefoot helps, just watch for shells or glass.

i actually lift a lot and the bars tear up my hands but after i've knowticed that when i apply coco butter to my arms to get rid of the bicep strechmarks it makes the hands awesomely smooth as well and i don't wear gloves while lifting.

use a foot scrub with walnut shell in it, a pumas stone, and lots of lotion.....
