take a straight piece of anything, cylindrical, and paint it all black. Then paint one end with a band of white, and the end itself. er... if that's the wand you're talking about.

What!? Why do you want to make a fake wand? I am going to report you to the Ministry of Magic. They have a department for that sort of thing!

Grab a stick from outside. But the really cool wands are magician's wands, not wizards.
