I have this really, really itchy rash that is driving me crazy. It's red and there's bumps. It came from out of nowhere. I haven't changed anything (shampoo, conditioner, perfume, etc), so I don't know what could have caused it. I got a similar one in the same area a few months ago from out of nowhere.

What can I put on it to make it stop itching so much?

Rhythm, you are a genius. Yesterday I was in my friend's car and the seatbelt was making me out of my mind.

My first GUESS is that a cars seat-belt is causing it.
(the shoulder strap)

You are getting it where a seat-belt would come into contact with your body. They could have ANYTHING on them from anywhere, because many people come into contact with them. It could even be the material itself or texture that is irritating. Have you been in any different cars? Try rubbing that area of a seat-belt under your other arm (or another inconspicuous area) and see if you get a problem there.

Just an idea.

Physiotherapists and sport Physicians be certain each one of those situation extra valuable than chiropractors. I advise exercising.
