what does it stand for?

I'd say it probably stands for MS13, also known as Mara Salvatrucha, one of the biggest and most dangerous gangs in the USA. Or, some people are probably getting it since it's 'unlucky 13,' and are unaware of the gang reference. Boy, are they going to be in for a nasty shock someday.

the number 13 has some significance in the tattoo world. not sure what it means. i guess the number 13 is generally unlucky. but i always see references to lucky 13.

it's a lucky number for people. I know it's also unlucky, but it's generally been lucky for me. There's also a lot of things through the government that are in 13's... like some of the symbols on the dollar bill, etc
