Well once again it's 1:40 Am and i'm up doing a stupid paper for stupid english and i'm depressed as well. If you pretend to care about me and my situation i'll pretend to care about you and your situation.

sleep deprivation can cause depression. Depression can also cause sleep deprivation. Its kinda like a snake eating its own tail. Take on a hobby to busy ur mind, healthier diet, an exercise routine and quit eating late. When you eat late ur ingesting calories calories are burned and create energy which your mind trys to stay awake to burn off. To put it simply

i was depressed and full of aniexty i have been on celexa. and i feel great. it's not expensive and not a narcotic. it was a God send. 30 pills once a day cost about $17 . u need a prescription

Depression is treatable but only if you see a doc for a proper diagnosis and treatment. Instead of feeling sorry for yourself see your doc and get help.
