Get with someone that knows what they are doing. make sure you intake the right food. You body is still developing you don't need to develope problems down the road. Take it slow at your age your body will adapt quickly so you do not need to push yourself that hard to build the mass you want.
No matter what any one says consult a doctor FIRST

Yah if you are going to do weights, do light weights and high repetitions. You don't want to stunt your growth which I have seen a lot in my many years as a competitive swimmer.
About 16 or 17 is a good time to get into heavier weight sessions where you max out. For now I would suggest using your own body weight to work out. Such as push ups, pull ups, sit ups on swedish exercise balls and running up stairs.
If you can, try swimming. I built a lot of lean muscle mass from swimming and now that I'm 29 I still have this muscle mass without really lifting heavy weights.

at 13 it is definately too early to be lifting heavy weights. if you want to work out, do a lot of cardiovascular exercises such as running, sports, etc etc, or lift very light weights. since your body is growing in height mostly, adding heavy weights is unhealthy until your body has gotten over your first few years of puberty. i would suggest to wait til at least 16-18 before lifting heavy weights. besides, you shouldnt have to worry about being built at 13 years old. i know quite a few professional trainers and they would say the same, probably because they told me to begin with.

are u crazy it is not too early...i started around your age, lifting weights, i was real healthy and fit and you would be too...however once u start make sure and keep up with it alright...don't be like me and lose your muscles when u reach 20..also you are gonna feel better and sleep great..i say go ahead...but start off with light exercise and running.

I started on and off when I was about 13. I'd work on a bench press first off...
