They may look at your case more intensely, but chances are you won't have any troubles getting approved.

The new IMBRA regulations state that "If the petitioner has previously had a K-1 visa petition approved within two years prior to the filing of the current petition, the petitioner must request a waiver" Since its been 6 years since your last K-1 you are fine.

All you need to do is be completely honest about the previous K-1 and you may need to prove that the first marriage was entered into in good faith.

probably, I have a couple of friends who work for the former
INS, (now part of Homeland Security) and 20 years ago when
I applied for the visa for my fiance, they told me not to even bother,
as the INS always looks at these visa applications with a prejudiced
eye, expecting phony green card marriages. I lucked out and got
it anyway and we are celebrating our 19th anniversary next week
on a warm beach in Mexico, But your track record will probably work against you, they may think that you have a racket of marrying
foreigners for the cash payments and then divorcing after a suitable amount of time has passed. They like to think that way.
All you can do is try and see what happens, but be forewarned,
it will probably be hard to do the second time around. So I hope
you really have a lot of love and patience ....Now that its "homeland security" they are even more paranoid.
