for your height it doesnt sound unhealthy. do some reasearch on the web to figure out what heathy weights are for your age/height. regardless, eating fatty foods as a means to gain weight only results in unhealthy fat tissue.

Don't just go outon a junk food binge. You could do serious damage to your heart. When the stress from school is over you will begin to gain weight. Don't worry so much about your weight because that puts addedd stress on you and could also be causing yout o lose weight no matter what you do. Also have your thyroid checked out. If it is hyper, your metabolism could be too high to let you gain weight no matter what you do.

Dont Panic... I was 15 and weighed 35kg, now i am 18 and weigh just over 60, i have a thyroid condition called hyperthyroidism and managed to gain weight so it cant be that difficult. Eat things that are healthy but will still help you gain weight (ask at a health store..), eating fatty food will just add it to your stomach and that is never good.

your getting whats called carb crashin its your body telling you to eat sugary foods for the quick energy basically. Instead of eating a donut or something sugary get some slow burning carbs like oatmeal gives ya a carb fix and still healthy. If not for a slow burning carb just go for some fruit either of these should get rid of ur carb cravings. Ur height to weight ratio isn't unhealthy either so don't sweat that.

ZD is an adverse dogs nutrition. is this the nutrition your vet sells or recommends? if so, supply up. you have some stable innovations. top makes a white fish/candy potato for canines with nutrition hypersensitive reactions. Eagle p.c.. is a Lamb/Rice without by employing-product as nicely. Have they examined for Addison's ailment? i admire a uncooked based eating habitual, yet some persons seem to experience that it particularly is a bad concept. LOL With years of fulfillment with our Danes on it, we don't. attempt a extra useful nutrition. seek for a diverse vet. stable success.
