NO YOU WILL NOT!
To answer your question...this is what you need to know!
First... it takes 3500 calories to gain ONE pound.
That is....3500 calories extra from what you need to maintain your weight and keep it at your current weight (what it is right now)
To figure that out go to fitnessmagazine.com and find the calculator that tells you how many calories are needed to maintain your weight. (it will ask your age, height, weight)
If you eat anything above that then over time you will gain weight if it is maybe 100 or 200 or 500 calories over.
If you exercise and burn calories...over time you will lose weight for example if you ran for one hour everyday and burned 500 calories. In 7 days that is 3500 calories burned or one pound!
So..to the calories of lucky charms maybe 200 cal.
Chocolate chip cookie: 90
Cinnamon Poptart 200
Pretzels 60 cal
Popcorn ( i don't know how much you ate) 100
Ice Cream 160 (300 if it was really alot)
Shrimp with lettuce about 150
Gosh that is only about 1000-1100 calories....you need to eat more! You need to maintain your weight. Again go to fitnessmagaine.com and see how much you need to maintain your weight and eat that much......Don't Be so harsh to yourself! Its not worth it be happy with who you are and don't be afraid to eat!

What happened to lunch and dinner? You didn't eat lunch and only ate a salad for dinner. Never mind that you ate the snacks you need to think about the food you didn't eat? Instead of worrying about the fact that you ate a few more snacks than you normally do worry about making sure eat 3 good meals a day. You are obssessed with possibly gaining a pound because of snacks and therfore skipped 2 important meals. This sends out a signal that you are heading for trouble if you are that obsessed over eating a couple of extra snacks. Never mind the perfect weight and get on with living and eating right.

Your young so you burn calories faster. As you get older you gain weight no matter what. Where you gain weight depends on eating right and exercise. You can gain weight and still look hot . Muscle weighs more than fat you know :)
1st don't just stop eating because that does nothing
2nd No fad diets they do not work yeah some may have a temp fix but they get it back or have some disease later because of them.
3rd eat what you want just workout to compensate for what you ate.
4th consult a doctor he will give the right information

one day of bad eating will not make you gain weight, but you need to stop the obsessing! Its not healthy to worry so much about what you ate and the times of the day! Just stay heathy and go to the doctor for regular checkups.

You're not gonna gain any significant amount of weight because of how you ate one day. Just go back to your regular pattern tommorow.

Eating badly one day will not affect you noticeably. In fact, eating a large amount of food on occasion tricks your metabolism to think it needs to work harder. However, don't let this become a new habit. All those snacks during the day are unhealthy. By the way, you shouldnt eat after 8pm.

It's more unhealthy to obsess about your weight than it is to eat "bad" for one day. Also, you ate relatively ok stuff, I think you'll be fine.
