take nyquil if you have it-it will help you sleep along with relieving the headache and sore throat.

you can also try benadryl tablets. 1-2 of the 25mg tablets every 6 hours but no more than 4 doses in 24 hours.

you can also try:

-taking a warm shower to relax you and help relieve the headache
-gargle with warm salt water (2tsp salt to 8oz water)
-drink hot tea with honey to soothe your throat and relax you

hope you feel better soon!!

You may be dehydrated. Drink a lot of water.

Or you may have tension. Take a hot shower.

Do both. Then lie down, all lights off. No noise. Put a hot towel on your neck and a cold compress over your eyes.

This usually works for headaches. But if you are getting the flu... you should call your doctor. There is a medication you can take to reduce its duration.

It sounds to me that you are coming down with a mild case of hedartekers disease. I know that it sounds scary and strange, but it is just the technical (or scientific) term that us doctors use when there aren't enough red blood cells and they are out numbered compared to the white blood cells. The way that you can fix this problem is to go to your local chemist and ask for some fertukuif tablets. This is the brand name, not what the product is made out of. The only reason that you wouldnt take these tablets is if you are allergic to paracetemol or ibuprofen.
I hope that I have helped you!

Get plenty of rest and plenty of fluids. Try taking Dayquil to get through work. I don't know what kind of job you have where they want you there when you're sick, but maybe after they see how miserable you are they'll send you home.
