I dont know what is wrong with me. Some days I just sit down and start crying for no reason. Mornings are the worst for me, im a college student and getting out of bed is just awful because Im so down that bed seems to be the only safe place. What is going on with me? why am I so down? I am a student and have a full time job. What can I do to help stop the crazy that is manifesting itself in my head?

It sounds like your suffering from depression your best bet would be to go and see your doctor and tell him how your feeling. It might be that your under a lot of stress and that your missing home. You might even want to see your school counselor or see a mental health professional. If you don't have the money to pay for a doctors appointment if you look in the phone book under mental health there should be a free clinic that will see you and help you with seeing a doctor and a councilor. Check the blue pages under county or government offices and it is confidential.

There is nothing wrong with you. It is some days sitting down crying for no reason blessing your eyes.Mornings are being worst for you, getting out of bed is just awful, that bed seems to be the only safe place which is indeed in a lot of respect for a lot of people. Nothing is going on with you only you are not getting enough deep sleep(dreamless sleep)which is state of absolute rest. You are a student and have a full time job say it all. It is too much on you that is all.
Now this is my recommendation:
When you get up whenever, where ever, sit straight, your foot touching each other as your hand like karate kite, blow out the air from your mouth and breath through your nose. Repeat this till you are ready for the day and do your best the rest is the burden we are all carrying them together. You are not alone

You may need to take break from everything and just take time for you. Maybe go to a Spa by yourself and relax without the confusion of the people around you, family co-students, friends, etc. Allow the spa time to be your way to let go of stuff that you ahve kept bottled up. Take up tai chi, or Yoga, or even Meditation. Or chanting. Meditating and chanting go really well together. FInd a hoby that you really enjoy doing by yourself. I feel that maybe you are simply overwhelmed by college and your depression comes from not enough "you time" Not able to take time to relax and relieve stress. Tai Chi and Massage Therapy are excellent ways to achieve the best level of relaxation for you, and allow yourself to detox and destress.
Depression come from the toxins your body hold inside of itself. Like Medcinies you take area toxic, to the body, Anything that is not naturally grown or prduced, is toxic for the body, Anything that is man made is toxic to the body. If you can find a suitable detox plan I think seriously it could help tremendously.
There is a Tai Chi video you can find at The Video warehouse or Bestbuy, or anywhere where they sell Health/fitness videos, It is called The Essential Tai Chi: Meditation and Purification, it is a 2disc set, disc one is the Tai Chi Exercises, and Disc two is the Detox plan and Purification, It is two dfay detox plan that is actually very simple, and calming. It was only $15 at Bestbuy Maybe you could try it out and see if maybe it will help.
I wouldn't cross out any options till you try it out first.
And if that doesn't help Maybe find a good Therapist or Councilor to talk to.

Check your diet what you eat affects your brain and mood. Lack of dopamine serotonin makes you tired depressed. foods such as turkey and dairy products boost these chemicals also the sun helps a lot to take some time of get some sun take a vacation.
Eliminate caffeine except chocolate it boost serotonin get focused on who you are and what your mission is in life. Mentally you might be a perfectionist except this fate and use it to your advantage
maybe you are unchallenged.?? If all of this does not work go to doctors and get estrogen levels checked estrogen effects your mood personality look at pregnant woman.

It sounds like typical depression. You need to see a doc for a proper diagnosis but once that is made they can try medication and that will certainly help out.
