What is a good at home exercise that will help you build up with like getting a bowflex or anything, or do any of them actually make you stronger and it shows????

push ups, pull ups, stretching all your muscles and using your legs to pull u up...ie, hang from your legs and pull yourself towards them...ur muscles will show eventually but it also helps to have a good diet especially one which has a lot of meat, etc.
if you are getting trouble to motivate yourself, putting music on helps but if it doesn't go to the gym
