Not likely Mormon, although they do have some historical buildings that are referred to as tabernacles. They don't currently build tabernacles, but rather "meeting houses" or "chapels" or "temples".
Jehovah's Witnesses typically meet in "halls" and may meet on Saturdays.
Jewish services are not likely to be held in a building called a tabernacle, although they could be.
I'm wondering if it is Seventh Day Adventist (?) They meet on Saturdays rather than Sundays and I believe that some of their buildings are referred to as "tabernacles".

It could be various different religions. You cannot tell just by the tabernacle. Maybe full gospel christian, baptist, etc. Why don't you go and ask or even better just call and ask what denomination they are. Or an even better idea, why don't you attend with her one day, you may have an eye opening and heart felt experience. God bless****
