The answer is too simple, don't have Children, or stay with Your Spouse after the Child is conceived.

Did Your Parents support You? Everyone needs both Parents.
I pray You will soon change Your mind and want to be a part of this Child's life.

God Bless

I'm sorry. But if you had sex and created the child, you need to help pay for him/her/them. I like the first answer, "Wear a condom." I don't know your circumstances, but you cannot get out of paying child support, just like the mother of your child(ren) cannot either. Besides, I just had a baby and could not imagine not giving her everything she needs. Please re-think what you are saying. Don't look at your children as a burden, but look at them as a blessing. Many men and woman would pay 10 times the child support you are paying just to have one child.

Take care and good luck.

You can't. And, you can't disown them either. The only thing that MIGHT (and I do mean MIGHT) help you is if the child is not yours. Some states don't care if you are not the father if at somepoint you held yourself out to be one, or assumed support for the child even though you knew it wasn't you (such as living with GF taking care of her and kid). You gotta wait till they are 18 (and some states force payment after the age of 18 if teh child chooses to go to college). Good luck! BTW - alimony can be another story.

Don't be a jerk. Do you really want to permanently affect a child in a negative way for the rest of his or her life? Be a man and pay the measly child support. Sheesh.

You don't. If you helped make the child you own the responsibilities. I guess the only way to get out of it is to put a sheath on that rascal in the beginning.

What you don't want to support children that you brought into the world? Pay the support cupcake!

pay up. you did the deed, help procreate (which, by your apparent idiocy, should never have had kids), and now you need to be responsible.

if you are divorced, and she gets remarried, you can give up all rights to your children (EVERYTHING, like, visitation and any claim to be a part of their lives) you can let their stepfather adopt them and take his last name.

but don't expect christmas cards.
