Do a little research, and you'll see that yes, indeed...both evolution and the big bang have been proven...right along with earth having a heliocentric orbit, and gravity (those things are called theories too, but you don't deny their accuracy do you?)
"I think it's because people would rather belive what thier five senses tell them than seek to know real truth. You can't see love yet you believe it exists, you can't see hope yet we all hope." Your right, that some people will only accept what the five senses show. Your even more correct that people acknowledge both love and hope...but here's the catch...YOU FEEL BOTH OF THEM (feel or touch is one of the five senses). It's been proven that both love and hope, as well as fear and despair, are just names given to the feelings produced by chemical reactions within the human body.
"Did the men who came up with that even realize how perverse that sounds?" I'm sorry if these things sound perverse to you, but in many cases, the truth is not pleasant. Science doesn't care if you like how something sounds, or are offended by it...it is only out to provide truth. If the bible and your belief in it give you a warm and fuzzy feeling, great. Just understand that there isn't anything to verify it as "truth" other than your belief. Frankly, I take more comfort in FACT.

Even one of their heros admitted G-d exists. Please read!

Einstein's equations of general relativity, published in 1915 and 1916 provided profound implications about the origin of the universe. These equations show that the universe is simultaneously expanding and decelerating, a phenomena best described as an explosion. The fact that the universe was created by an explosion implies a Beginner who caused the explosion. Einstein resisted this conclusion and initially tried to hypothesize a new force of physics that would cancel out the deceleration and expansion factors, allowing the universe to be in a static state for an infinite period of time. However, in 1929, astronomer Edwin Hubble measured forty different galaxies, proving that the galaxies are expanding away from each other.
As a result of Hubble's findings, Einstein acknowledged "the necessity for a beginning"5 and "the presence of a superior reasoning power"3. He did not accept, however, that the "superior reasoning power" was the God of the Bible.
Einstein was Jewish but had been educated at a Catholic school. When rabbis and priests came to congratulate him on his discovery of God, he replied that he was convinced that the God that brought the universe into existence was intelligent and creative, but he denied that God was personal. He couldn't get beyond the paradox of God's omnipotence and man's responsibility for his choices

Like the idea of an ultimate god deciding one day to just 'make' everything. And woman came from the rib of man. And because they ate a fruit, we're all sinners from the second we're born.
...Did the men who came up with that even realize how perverse that sounds?

I think you fail to understand the complex theories, and that's the problem here. Referring to them as 'big bangs and monkeys' lets everyone know that you don't understand the first thing about either.
Please, go back to your one book and acting like you know the perfect truth of everything.
I would make a point about the scientific method and how verifiable scientific knowledge requires observation and experimentation (as opposed to the writers of the Bible who say it's true because god told them), but I doubt you'd even take notice.

The real title of the first one is really "The big bang theory: the bigger the bang the more fun it is".

Not agreeing or disagreeing, but why perverse, strange choice of word to make a statement with, without explanation?

Your lack of understanding even the most basic of scientific principals is staggering and somewhat scary. I am saddened by the failure of our education system to allow so many people to go uneducated.
